📹 CCTV Anomalies
Invisible at the desk and in photos — they only give themselves away on the security camera feed. Always sweep the CCTV before opening up.

Skinwalker
A patient that appears normal at the desk but shows its true monstrous form only on the security camera.
Unnatural Body
A patient that looks fine at the desk but has warped, impossible proportions on the security camera.
Void Body
A patient that shows up as a featureless black shape on the CCTV feed.
Black Bar Eyes
A censored-looking black bar across the eyes on the camera feed, with real eyes staring beneath it.
Staring at Cameras
A patient that always looks directly into the camera you’re watching, no matter which feed you pick.
Camera Mismatched Ears
Subtle feature changes — usually the ears — that only appear when you compare the desk view to the CCTV.
Camera Twitching
Twitching that hides from the naked eye and only appears on the CCTV — easy to overlook.
