CCTV / Security Cameras
Security feeds that expose camera-only anomalies — including the Skinwalker, which passes every other check.
What it does
The CCTV system is the third and most under-used check at the window, and skipping it is the number-one way experienced players lose runs. Several anomalies are completely invisible to your eyes and to the camera, and only reveal themselves on the security feed.
The most important of these is the Skinwalker — it looks like an ordinary patient and photographs cleanly, so the CCTV is the only thing standing between you and admitting the game's most dangerous anomaly. Void Bodies, Black Bar Eyes, camera-only twitching and distorted bodies all live here too.
Make a full camera sweep the final step before you ever open the shutters. It only takes a few seconds and it catches the threats nothing else will.
Main uses
- Reveal CCTV-only anomalies before you open the shutters
